This is the revised, updated & IMPROVED version of my Glute 2.0 Program from 2018.
The 8 Week Program is a gym based Glute building/toning/shaping program that focuses on 2-3 intense leg/glute workouts per week of training. This program is based off my own experience, trial & error and 6+ years of research, education and training with building & shaping the glutes.
2 Full Workout programs (Weeks 1-4 & 5-8) with a Glute/Quad, Glute/Ham & Abductor Day for each. (6 workouts total)

This program is recommended & designed for intermediate-advanced lifters. To accomplish this program, you must have a foundation built, be familiar with glute training & understand the basic mechanics of movement. I would recommend this program to the lifter that has some level of experience & is looking for a challenge and/or more structure with their training.
