Stefanie believes a women's development is not only about physical fitness, but includes her mental and spiritual growth. She incorporates mental strength into her in person and e-program fitness training, showing women they can push past limits in and out of the gym. I created this event for my clients to step out of their comfort zone & actively embody the women they are transforming into. It is an exclusive opportunity for them to feel sexy and beautiful while embracing who they are. The shoot allows each girl to showcase her own, unique beauty and have the chance to be in the spotlight. We use this day to celebrate all the work she has been doing on herself during her time with me.
